In order for insurance to cover test replacement therapy, the blood draw has to be done in the morning. Apparently that's when the levels are highest during the day. So how do I get them lower during this time? I plan on waking up around 4am to help but what else? I don't drink alcohol so that's out.

1. Eat a huge ass meal before blood work
2. If 1 doesn’t work go to a informed consent clinic like PP or a telehealth one like plume and tell them you want estrogen to transition
Take it for 3-6 weeks then get blood work done atleast halfway between your next dose or it will be obvious you’re taking estrogen
I would suggest finasteride but it’s not enough to tank your test levels alone

Not sleeping is the easiest way. But I don't think they can tell when you take it. Not sure what insurance you have, but for mine they just wanted it at some point in the day. I did it in the afternoon and had zero problem.
I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky. I never told anybody to lie, not a single time; never. These allegations are false. And I need to go back to work for the American people. Thank you.
