    Uneven bench press

    It seems like I am able to lower my bench press relatively level but when I get to the bottom my body twists to one side and I press it back up unevenly. Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so how did you fix it?

    For context, my max is 245*3 with long pauses.

    Maybe see a chiropractor and get an adjustment and some X-rays of your spine to make sure nothing is wrong
