    How to get rock hard abs?

    Looking for some advice on improving my abs. They are super fluffy as it is. I have a lean look but abs just don’t pop like I was hoping yet

    Cardio is extremely insufficient for fat loss. It helps create a caloric deficit, but that's it. You can do an hour of cardio to burn 500kcals, or you can eat 500kcals less throughout the day. The energy balance is the same, and then you have an extra hour a day to be productive. However, if you work a desk job or are not up and moving around much some cardio definitely can't hurt. I tell all my clients to get a minimum of 10k a day steps.
    Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
