    Thumbs up My road to bodybuilding

    I’m 16 years old and I’ve always wanted to work out. Unfortunately thought, I could never find the motivation until now! I’m currently 5’8 and 212lbs. I want to get down to around 180 while still packing on as much muscle as I can.
