314.4 this morning.
Metabolic damage was my dream killer.
Read a very good article on it and how to repair it. I train however I feel like training and it just happens to align perfectly with the articles advice.
Taking the obvious step now to cut out intense cardio, keep ab training as minimal as possible and stick to lower intensity strength training for a bit.Last edited by Steven6Shredz; 10-15-2022 at 02:55 PM.

About a week, week and half or whatever I got down to 310 but kinda stopped dropping. Sitting at 312 now. But I 100% feel positive changes regardless. I was doing pretty much light cardio and dumbbell exercises. Last night finally attempted the bench. Just did 50 pounds for 4 reps, then another set for a single rep and was content.
Slow and steady wins the race.
