Goal weight: 77kg (169.8lb)
Did a deload and aimed for 3150 calories which I estimated as my maintenance. Fell a little short on some days and ended up dropping a little weight.

yeah no i understand it's not happening soon. i've lifted on and off over the years, but never TRAINED. since July is the first time i've been this dedicated. i've recently started tracking and pushing progressive overload and my numbers are going up so i'll take it. just this week i'm able to do (4) pullups with no assist. haven't done that since college so i'm really happy about that lol.
I'm just doing numbers on a napkin here and that's what it comes out to be :shrug: losing the weight has been the easy part for me so getting down to 185 by the end of the year is feasible, and then just sit there and churn at recomp?
