2350 daily calories has been the goal, but adherence hasn't been quite as good. My goal may be out of reach - I'd be happy with 78kg (172lb) at this point.

I actually finished my diet last Friday and have been eating intuitively this week - although I'm on holidays now, which has meant more alcohol and indulgence. One kilo off my goal in the end, which isn't too bad.

Well I didn't quite make it, but hey progress is progress. My 3 yo was sick this week, so I didn't get a chance to run on the treadmill on Tue/Thur like I usually do. I'm guessing that's why I didn't lose as much this week. Hopefully I'll hit closer to 260 by the end of the year, but with all the eating coming up that's probably unlikely haha.
