Super early for my American friends, but it's Thanksgiving up here in Canada-land.
I love this holiday. A celebration of the Fall Harvest and all the work our farmers have done to feed us. Not a very commercial holiday - we don't need to shop for weeks in advance - it's just about having a bounty of food and the people you love around you.
If you're celebrating today, Happy Thanksgiving.

OMG, a Miss Skittles thread. Thanksgiving is the favorite Holiday for me.
It's just about having a bounty of food and the people you love around you. I totally agree
Seems there's more time to prepare since Christmas seems such a rush.
Happiest of Thanksgiving to you and FLEX.

Thank you!! It's nice having it in October because the weather is good for travel and being outdoors, and yes, it is less hurried. But every single year, when your Thanksgiving rolls around, I get all jealous and pouty having forgotten that we already had ours!
Thanks!! Yes, it's not the same as when they were all young. It is more relaxed now. Liam came by though and had some turkey. And Mr Flexy and I will be enjoying leftovers for a few nights! No drama: You know where we are.
