E. Michael Jones once made the observation that atheism stems from a man's bad or lack of relationship with his father. I finally understand what he means by that now.

Imagine yourself a father, all the joy and anticipation of having a son: someone to take your legacy, to replace you, someone you expect to raise to be better than you in every way.
