I’m having trouble gaining weight. What is the best weight gainer out there?

I just purchased Serious Mass by Optimum Nutrition.

I would actually stay away from all weight gainers and instead just stick to higher calorie foods, peanut butter, avocado, beef/chicken cuts that have higher amounts of fat, whole eggs, bacon, cheese, full fat yogurt/milk, etc.

All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

Thumbs up 7 Best Mass Gainer Supplements - Highest Carb, Best Digesting, and More

    1. TRANSPARENT LABS MASS GAINER - Best all natural

With nothing artificial, whey from New Zealand, a good amount of fiber, and little sugar, this mass gainer will satisfy most athletes. It's also got more fat and fiber than you typically see in mass gainers and extra touches like grass-fed whey concentrate, coconut milk powder, and MCT oils.

    2. LEGION ATLAS - Best whole food based

Free of artificial ingredients and packed with micronutrients, Legion's mass gainer stands out from the crowd. Plus much of the carb count comes from oats and potato starch instead of maltodextrin.

    3. OPTIMUM NUTRITION SERIOUS MASS - Best value

Very inexpensive and full of vitamins and minerals, Serious Mass can fill nutritional needs and calorie goals. Note that it's pretty high in carbs, with a 1:5 protein to carb ratio.

    4. MUSCLE FEAST WHOLE OAT POWDER - Nature's mass gainer

This is just oat flour, but hear us out: it's a great mass gainer. With a 1:4 ratio of protein to carbs, a ton of healthful phytonutrients, and a really high quality protein, this is a surprisingly effective — if kind of bland — option.

    5. LESS NAKED MASS - Simplest ingredients

If you’re wary of artificial ingredients, or soy, or gum, or conventionally raised dairy, Less Naked Mass is nothing but organic tapioca maltodextrin, whey protein concentrate, micellar casein, organic coconut sugar, organic cacao powder. The whey is also grass fed and made without acids, heat, bleach, or growth hormone.
