Hey everyone, I am currently 9 days out from Summer Shredding Classic. I am currently 185 and 10%bf. I dropped from 205/15%. I know my conditioning is not stage ready but I was concerned about losing muscle too fast. My last "prep week" plan before peak week has been low carb (<70, 240 protein, 40 fats) monday - sunday before show. I plan to slowly increase carbs (100g) the following monday-wednesday, with high carbs (300-500) thursday/friday/saturday (show sat night). Does this seem logical? it is my first show.
