    Losing weight to become better

    I started my diet on the 8th of June. I am aiming for 300lbs by January 1st 2023....My overall goal is 180Lbs.

    Daily Stack---I've been taking this since the 4th of November. Probably one of the reasons for the 4 pound weight lost.
