with all the chit going on right now with energy expenses through the roof NATO countries will see it's citizens get madder and madder and it's leaders are going to have to stop sending money and resources to Ukraine and start kissing putin's ass or else heads will roll figuratively speaking.
we are already starting to see it here.
midterms will tell for sure when it comes to the house.
ukraine will be told they are on their own and the natural order of things will resume where they either accept russia's terms or chit really gets real because ukraine is not able to fight russia on it's own.
that is fact.

US military/industrial complex win? 100%.
Misc tough guy "kill them commies!" actually going over there an fighting? 0%.
US taxpayers getting raped for a war we have no business in? 1000000000%.The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself.

Here we go with that "we didn't lose, we just gave up" trope used since Vietnam.
The US completely lost both Iraq and Afghanistan. You can spin it anyway you want, bring up bodycounts, whatever, but the US lost. Strategically, Tactically, Economically.
Even internally. We are now a nation that punishes its citizens with NDAA, domestic spying, Homeland Security Act, making kids and old people take their shoes off at the airport, etc..etc..
OBL 100% won on 9/11. Because he knew that the US was such a bitch, that it would turn inward and punish its own citizens way more than they'd ever punish anyone overseas.
We will see another round of this same **** because of Ukraine. Bet on it.
And the sheep in the US love itThe individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself.

I give it until late January before US and European citizens are overwhelmingly demanding a peace deal. Though I have my fingers crossed a peace deal happens around December 1st. Knowing the next US Congress will not be throwing Billions at Ukraine may be enough to force a deal before Christmas.

I think the current Ukraine offensive an all out effort to show progress despite the costs, in order to make the international community hang in. If the Congress flips, and people start getting cold, the winds will turn against them, especially if Russia performs a counter offensive and takes back some the recent losses.
Of course, Ukraine supporters say that is impossible and that the Russian military is garbage, of course which begs the question- if they suck so bad, how did they take 25% of the country in the first place?Black with a Small Hat

LOL. 60-70% of the weaponry we're sending never gets to the Ukrainian army, and is instead sold on the black market. Russia's supposedly the biggest black market customer. For any Russians or Islamists that don't know how to use the US weaponry, just ask for help from the Taliban. They're experts by now. Let' Go Brandon!!!

Yes, a lot depends on the US House flipping and Europe having a normal, cold winter. Also, if reports roll in about an anemic Christmas shopping season or not. If it's weak it's going to scare the fuk out of tons of companies, and thus Wall Street. Everything I just mentioned is likely, so if there's a shred of common sense among them, Biden's handlers will push for a peace deal before Christmas. If not, it will happen after reports of Europeans freezing to death and the US stock market chits the bed in early 2023.Light weight! Light weight baby!!!!

Funny how you only talk about NATO....... not a single word about Russians getting fed up with Putin. Unless you think that Russians are ready to forget their past life and embrace the poverty and isolation like North Koreans.
I sure wonder where Russia is going to get money now to continue to finance this war, when they no longer can export anything. All foreign companies left the country, no investors, no exports, no nothing. Interesting.
On top of it all, all their men are being drafted and sent as a cannon fodder to die in this senseless meat grinder. How do you think they feel right now? Or maybe you think they are all a bunch of braindead slaves who are ready to die for Putin's vanity without quetioning anything.
As for US midterms, look at who voted to approve the latest aid package - 149 Republican Representatives and 39 Republican Senators. I know that you hate Ukraine, but you're a minority in both parties.

I find it fascinating that people think Putin is in a bubble and executing a foreign policy that is rejected by the majority of the population, as if Russians are all Putin haters who want to become Americans. Even independent pollsters acknowledge Russian support Putin. Ironically, there are lot of people in Russia who think Putin is too soft, and is treading too lightly in Ukraine.
Are the people who dont like Putin? Of course, but that is normal in every country. US had a lot of decent during Vietnam and Iraq II. Some fled to Canda during Vietnam but that didnt mean they hated the United States. We underestimate Russian patriotism, and we simply cant understand their viewpoint as a Americans, but I venture to guess they are like us, and love their country and arent looking to sell out.Black with a Small Hat
