Had a Turtle Beach headset that I was using on PS4, wouldn't recognize it on USB connection on Xbox SX when I got that on release. So since then I'm plugging it into my PC and joining my friends Live parties via the PC Xbox app. Just got a new headset for half off, plugged it in and it's the same thing. Googled around a bit and apparently SX and XB1 just don't support USB headsets. Big wtf

When it comes to those dumb ass gaming headsets it has to be Xbox branded to work with USB I'm pretty sure.
