i've been going consistently to the gym for a month now, doing push pull legs 6 days a week. sadly i don't have a good before pic but this is what i look like now. pretty excited to see the changes, especially the baby lats lol. for reference I was (still am a bit) skinny fat with very little muscle definition. i also take creatine
