Whatever helps you guys sleep better. What would I gain from lying about being natural? When I cycled in the past I was upfront about it...immediately. I've even asked people about TRT doses on here. After I hit 30 I thought for sure I'd hop on something permanently, but I always felt fine so I never touched it. I'm not someone like NattyGraham who posts photos of his physique and its obviously roided. I almost never post physique photos anymore. I simply live a clean and healthy lifestyle and the results from it were pretty shocking, so yeah, I posted it. Anyways, I'm not gonna address these fake natty claims anymore. You can trust that I'm being honest about this or you can believe I'm lying and trying to gain cred under an anonymous username on a BB forum hardly anyone visits anymore lol.
The doctor should call me on Monday to discuss everything. I will request a full hormone panel so as long as insurance covers it or it isn't expensive as fuk.

Assuming a man is active. Gets plenty of sunlight. Has healthy sleep patterns. Is healthy. And doesn't consume a ****-load of chemicals it, etc. It should be relatively normal to have testosterone in the 800-1200 range. The average teenage male in 2022 consumes a ton of chemicals and processed foods and is hardly in an optimal state with sleep patterns, blue light, etc. Remember. 1200 Ng/DL is the top of the 'normal' range. A man that has 1200 NG/DL is as 'normal' as a man that has 300 NG/DL.
While a lot of people like to pretend we don't know why men's testosterone levels have been plummeting over the years. The simple truth is we know that vitamin D levels from sun exposure on our skin/eyeballs. Our sleep habits. And chemicals in our food/diets are all factors.
Whether anyone wants to admit it or not artificial light from TV's, Computers and smartphones are all also major factors that **** up our circadian rhythm. Most males simply aren't getting the sleep or sun exposure they need to be healthy.
I'm from the South (a fairly agricultural area). Its really not uncommon to have dudes in their 80s-90s outside working in the elements doing manual labor. Farming/gardening. Taking care of live-stock. Etc. I met a 92 year old guy just the other day and when I shook his hand he had an iron grip. Literally felt like a 40 year old man who lifts weights. Dude is in his 90s and is still working out-side. Capable of running a tiller to plow a garden. Can lift 50-60lb feed sacks and carry them/pour them out in a controlled manner, etc. Funny thing is, guys like that aren't even an anomaly in rural communities.
Whether the mainstream wants to admit it or not sleep patterns, sunlight exposure, and the food we eat all play massive roles in our testosterone.

At his levels testosterone wouldn't be very beneficial. Unless he were taking absolute super-human doses. And at those levels he'd be likely to experience unpleasant side effects. In my experience at around 1500 NG/DL is when side effects like increased acne (face and body), increased body hair growth, and uncontrollable boners start hitting.
Really not worth having any more testosterone then 1200 NG/DL IMO.

When it comes to vitamin d I think from what I read there's a lot of misconceptions. Most people are severely deficient especially in the winter Ala the increase in auto immune diseases. Of course othe factors like garbage processed foods and harmful things like seed oils.
From the research I've done 5000-10000 iu a day with the corresponding dose of vitamin k2 and the risk of calcification is reduced drastically.
That reminds me I need to get my yearly exam done to see my blood levels.

Glad you posted this bro srs. I truly believe it's lifestyle and that's why I pointed out numbers daily habits ITT.
Funny enough, misc is always posting about how the covid vaccine is responsible for numerous deaths of otherwise healthy people. I believe it which is why I am also novax. I don't trust that it's injected without consequences in many cases, but guess what? I take it a step further. I don't trust the big suppliers of the food industry. They are all part of the same group in my eyes.
Everything my wife and I consume is looked over and we buy local food often because everyone farms down here. I am in the south. What you said is true, people are just built different down here. All of my grandfathers fought in the war and once that was over they worked outside farming (rice, honey, cows, crawfish etc) or on vehicles. No one in my family is overweight for that reason. Growing up in the 90s-00s involved shooting the **** with the boys outside skateboarding, bmx bike, backyard ball etc. I've always been active and my parents introduced me to eating this way from the get go. My mom would always say "i don't eat like eating that ****" when she'd read nutrition labels full of BS you don't want in your body. We want the food, not all the other bull**** that comes with it. All the added extra BS in food might sound minimal to some people, but my brain fixates on the "you consume this every single day of your life. after time this will build up".
Rant over though. Eat real foods and return to the traditional lifestyle. I posted this thread because my labs demonstrate the power of this. I'm just trying to help anyone interested.

That's pretty good man. Mine came back at 50,000 + and over 5000+ free. The doctor said that was the top of the labs ability to measure. I think I'm doing great too because he said if I keep this up I'll win an award from Darwin or something. I don't plan to travel there to get it, but they must respect high test bros there.

So Griggz, most of us do not know our numbers so how do these figures tranfer into performance, body mass, size , and strength.
In other words, a great list is great but can we tell if we saw you in the gym or is it just great numbers on paper?
I am wondering because of the recent discussion about a big squat with average looking legs. There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!

I would have to say that for me, high test translates best to strength and recovery over size. 2010 I started lifting. I was 145-150lbs when I started. I did bodybuilding and made insane progress in 12-18 months. Of course I was 20-21, but when I start a new hobby, which this was, I read and watch youtube videos so that I'm confident in what I'm doing. By mid 2011 I was 170lbs and with barely any skin to pinch from my stomach. I was 7-9% with ease and extremely vascular. My diet consisted of almost the same foods I eat now. My parents instilled healthy eating from the get go. Late 2011 I did one cycle like I mentioned previously, got up to 178-181 and I looked dry with "mature" looking muscle, if that makes sense. Anyway, I quickly realized that cycling wasn't for me and never touched it again. I saw the potential, but I always thought, "at what cost?" Even though I was on a low dose, I decided against it.
Fast forward to 2016 I decided to pick up olympic lifting. I'd say for a solid year or more. In that time I taught myself how to lift the weight properly then started progressing though weight. Oly lifting is very different from BBing. I would essentially do the same lifts every single day 5-6x a week. I never felt fatigue however. I managed to get up to a 155kg clean, 140kg clean and jerk, and a 100kg snatch. A friend started doing this when I did, but I progressed so much faster than he did that it discouraged him and he jumped over to bodybuilding.
Today, I go through periods of "powerbuilding" 5-12 reps, or bodybuilding which I'll push for 25 reps. It's very easy to stay lean. I've gotta eat roughly 3-3.5k cals to hold weight/ "maingain" and beyond 4k to see noticeable changes. I don't want to get over the 12% bf range so I accept what I can get. Again, I'm Mediterranean, I don't have a huge bone structure made for piling on mass. I'm built like Pyros Dimas or Frank Zane. When I was in my early 20s eating to grow I was throwing olive oil on everything and eating 4.5-5k cals per day. Going back to your comment of "if we saw you in the gym", well, I get approached often by guys asking "what I do". I'd say this is hugely due to my lean bf% and vascularity. I'd be better suited to strength training, but I just really enjoy BBing exercises and accept that I'll get the size I want over time.
It's second nature for me at this point so it's hard to describe exactly what I avoid. Real foods means exactly that. When I buy meat it's fresh meat. When I look at an ingredient label I want to see a short list where I recognize all of the foods as "good". For instance just compare these two peanut butters:
Here's another snack food I always keep in the house
Yeah for real bro. It's scary how we've just let test levels deplete over the past several decades. Weird to think that my levels are higher than all of these cucks combined
