    short term probably not but not something you'd want to do for too long a period of time for your kidney's sake

    OK thanks, there seems to be a lot of mixed messages about whether or not creatine does any damage but most of the information seems to suggest that it's safe even over long periods, although I'm guessing you've done a fair bit more research than me.
