Can't even turn head to the right srs
Pillow is prime suspect despite being white, it's only 4 months old & so flat Richstrong wouldn't even look at it

40+ guy checking in, so you know I have some experience with pinched nerves. No idea on what pillow I use. I used to sleep on my stomach but have since converted to being a side sleeper and got a fluffier pillow to keep my head level. I think the incidence of pinch nerves might have gone down a little. 3 in 4 weeks is too much, but I've accepted that I'm never going to cut them all out, just part of living life and getting old.
Honestly, my most frequent neck tweaks have come from stretching my neck to squeeze out another rep on pull-ups. My solution there has been to just stop doing them (semi-srs).SAAVM CREW
