Meals that freeze well for meal planning

So i've recently gotten back into working out and training and am planning to start doing meal prepping again. I'm also a student so I don't have a lot of time to cook individual meals every day. For that reason once every two weeks I'll usually cook about 2 weeks of meals and put them into individual meal prep containers, (first 4 days go in the fridge, remaining 10 days go in the freezer and breakfast is just oats with blueberries and peanut butter). The last two meal preps i've done were curry and pasta with tuna, curry was fine but the pasta was a bit soggy. So with that in mind I want to ask what kind of frozen meals freeze well when thawed out. For reference i'm thinking mostly high protein meals, (e.g., 1g/lb).

Mostly out of convenience given that fresh is less available and much more expensive, but seafood. Frozen salmon is only slightly less tasty than fresh, but it is an excellent source of protein and is easy to just thaw out and eat whenever you need.

Chili freezes well, but I don't think you would want to eat it every day. The scent of your flatulence would make your eyes water and nose run. Like tear gas. Don't ask me how I know about tear gas.

hmm, might be over cooking it. I only found out yesterday your supposed to salt it, so that might also be why.

It helps if it tasted really good when cooked fresh, rather than ronzoni + ragu.
