As a beginner you would benefit much more, and see better/faster progress on a routine made by someone with far more experience. It would lay out how and when to progressively overload and how to plan it throughout the week; Fierce 5 Novice Routine and AllPro's are both great choices.

Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

    Hey man,

Great job taking intiative and getting started!

That being said, I DO think that your routine is overkill for a beginner.

I'd like it a lot more if you had a couple years of experience, but if that's your beginning routine then your body is going to adjust to a high volume workout very early... Meaning that it will be MUCH harder to progress in the future since your body is already used to high volume/intensity workouts.

TLDR; It's a great routine but if you want maximum gains, cut back on the exercises and go hard on the compound ones
