What is your Fall 2022 fitness goal/motivation?
Fall goal is to put on 5-10 lbs for my cut next spring! Hopefully will be easy to do with all the holidays approaching and all the pumpkin spice treats that are out!

Fall/Winter goal is to cut back on cardio and focus more on the weights. Maybe this will be the year I quit being stubborn and start doing some mobility work or yoga. My battered body could definitely use it.

My Fall goal is to book a modeling campaign with a fitness clothing line such as Under Armour, Nike, Adidas, Gymshark, Reebok etc. Also, I'd like to build a more in-depth partnership with Kaged Muscle doing photoshoots for advertising/promotion.

My goal this fall is to finally get on board with that cut I was supposed to do this summer!! Instead I decided to just enjoy myself and not be too strict, and basically just maintained all summer. I would like to get a bit more lean now so I'm aiming to lose 10-15 pounds in the next 10-15 weeks, then I will likely bulk again. I'm tracking my macros very carefully and planning each day's menu at least a day before to make sure there are no surprises/splurges.

This fall I am planning on winning gold at The World Senior Games next week and a championship ring in November in Florida, both in senior softball. Plus some bicycling, weightlifting hunting and wood cutting to help drop a bit of my belly fat.

Dang, you guys keep throwing up these sweet promo opps and I keep missing them! Which brings to me my fall goals! I gotta get it back man. My kids are really getting into sports and I love ever second of it. They're starting to compete at a high level which is so fun to be part of, but it's done a number on my own training. I know it's nobody's fault but my own but I NEED to find a spark and get remotivated.
