    does my diet low in protein

    Meal 1:
    1 cup greek yoghurt 15g Protein - 80g oats raw - 25g walnut - 100g apple

    Meal 2:
    150g tilapia cooked - 100g rice raw - vegetables - 15g Olivia oil

    Meal 3:
    140g chicken breast cooked - 100g rice raw - vegetables - 7g Olivia oil

    Meal 4:
    110g chicken breast cooked - 195g lentils cooked - vegetables - 7g Olivia oil

    Meal 5:
    1 cup greek yoghurt 15g Protein - 80g oats raw - 25g walnut - 100g strawberry

    Total protein per day: 156g

    body weight: 80kg
    height: 185cm

    Does my diet low in protein

    OP, can you please tell us how many grams of protein that is that you are getting in a day? That would be much more helpful than seeing a list of foods you eat. Thanks!

    Diet seems unnecessarily restrictive. Having a boring doesn't equate to better results and it might results in poor adherence. You also don't need to eat 5 meals unless you especially prefer it that way.

    I don't know what you like eating or when it's convenient for you to eat, my point is that you can be a lot more flexible - and probably need to be if you are going to stick to it long term. Things that matter are total calories and getting enough protein and dietary fat, vitamins and minerals.

    Experiment with putting different things into an app like cronometer.com and see how they add up.
