You definitely should get the remake part 1 and tlou2 .... Because when ND releases TLOU3 this gen, the graphics are gonna look even more photorealistic than the tv show.

I honestly don't see this show telling their story any better than the first game already did. Seems pointless tbh

Game was good on my first run-through, but was real bored on an attempted second pass on the PS4 remake. Been some years, maybe I'll attempt replaying it again.

Like Pedro as Red Viper and Mando, but feels like an odd choice for Joel.
That Lyanna Mormont character was godawful.
Offerman is a solid choice for Bill.
Trailer looks kinda bland, but there were a few nice shots of cinematography (the bridge overhead).

While I think Neil is a pretentious, extremist dbag, Craig Mazin really crushed it with Chernobyl. They almost cancel each other out.

IDK, could be solid. Looks well made but poorly casted.

Haven't played either yet but a part of me is hoping they take it into a new direction so they can make multiple seasons instead of just 2. I'm okay with it being inspired by the game rather than a 1 to 1 retelling of the game. Losing the Joel character won't be good for the show imo.

Just because you're having more seasons doesn't mean you don't have a story or an end in mind. There's a bunch of shows that did it and could do it successfully.

Also if it just follows the games then that's kinda no fun since we already know what happens. Imo it should do its own thing.

It was filmed by my work, they build an enormous town on the set location which was cool to see and filmed all around the city.

I am hoping it will be good as TLOU 1 was an amazing game but TLOU wokeness was disgusting and I am sure this series will have woke BS also.

There is enough story in TLOU for 2-3 seasons on its own without jumping into TLOU2 territory.
