Only leaving sometimes to go on a walk, if that.
This morning, I went outside with a cup of coffee and sat in the cool air for a while.
I realized that I'm missing out on human interaction in real life.

I've been on a screen in my apartment for over 6 months...
Catholic
With a baggy T-shirt on, I look small, but I'm jacked.
I lift light weights and do a small amount of cardio.

Playing what brah? Definitely not good. It took me a really long time to realize video games are a waste of time. I get it, during free time it can be used as entertainment. But I am the type (you are too obviously) that can’t play a game casually. I get addicted to the point that the time spent playing makes me far less productive in areas of life that actually matter. I know you don’t want to hear this but you need to quit playing video games or you are going to wake up at 40 as a massive loser. It will be beyond embarrassing to everyone who knows you. You may be so devastated when it finally hits you that it will be too late to make any impactful changes. Just my 2 cents homie

Life is about balance.
You should see if you can gather a couple irl friends and plan a camping trip. Fairly cheap and a perfect way to disconnect for a few days and reset.
I usually go like 4-5 weekends throughout the course of summer. Chill out, drink, go kayaking, fishing, float down the river taking a nap, simple things like that really helps the balance.
I'm usually a winter rotter so summer socializing is important for me to not be a total rotter.
I spent like 16 years working retail so I've had enough human interaction to last me a lifetime. I prefer to disconnect from my screens and society in general. Camping is perfect for that.Sometimes I park in handicap spaces, while handicap people make handicap faces
