My name is Austin and i’m 17, i started working out around a year and a half ago. I started out just adding muscle slowly and then decided to cut and lost around 30 lbs and dropped to 10 percent bodyfat. I just started my bulk 4 days ago today and have gained almost a lb since then. I haven’t figured out how to attach photos so i’ll just post one for my profile picture, i would love any feedback from the community that i can get.
