Looking good for that Halloween party - best advice

So we're about 5 weeks out from Halloween weekend and I've got a party to go to! I've already ordered my costume, something pretty form-fitting as I've really been hitting it hard this whole year and want to show off my progress. I'm sitting at about 15-17% BF right now and obviously want to shred a little more before that time but also ensure my muscles look as full as possible for the big night.

I've looked into contest prep strategies and I know they can get really specific and involved, so I'm trying to simplify and just get down to the fundamentals for the most bang for the buck.

Currently on GST doing 3 workouts per week plus 1-3 cardio sessions per week. I plan to increase to 4 workouts per week and 2-3 cardio sessions per week. I've also been doing Matador diet (2 weeks of 70% maintenance calories, 2 weeks of maintenance, repeat) but starting October will probably just keep my calories at 70% maintenance with 1-2 refeeding sessions in between. Also planning on trying to lower sodium and simple carbs, plus increase protein intake from about .8g/lb. to about 1.5+/lb.

What would you add to this or change? Also what would be your best advice for the day of, i.e. should I carb load on that day and do an extra long workout to get a good pump or something? Interested to hear some of your strategies.
Progress from February to August 2022

    1RM's @170 lbs.:
    Bench - 160 to 220
    Squat - 195 to 285
    Lat Pulldown - 195 to 275
    Overhead Press - 115 to 155
    Rack Pull - 320 to 500
