I've failed at cutting for over three - 3 - years. So here I plan to have a weekly food log, with most of what I have eaten and why. The log will have entries such as:
1 September 2022
Ate 120 grams of chocolate, perhaps because I also had chocolate yesterday. Perhaps because I felt I needed something in my belly before doing some urgent stuff on the computer.
Identifying WHY I break budget will hopefully make it easier to prevent such things.
