    Treadmill or Eliptical?

    I'm looking to get my first cardio machine. Sole E55 (Eliptical) or Sole F63/S77 (Treadmill)

    Are you looking for recommendations on which of those two to get? Other treadmills and elliptical to consider? Personally, I find treadmills and ellipticals to be boring and I'd get a Concept 2 bike, row, or ski erg.

    I like treadmills better than ellipticals because running is something you can do outdoors which is about 100x more enjoyable than any cardio indoors IMO. However after a couple decades of running my body cannot take the impact anymore so I now use my road bike on a trainer instead. But, only when weather forces me indoors, which has become pretty rare since I bought a fat bike that I ride during the winter.

    If you do not have any knee issues go treadmill. Otherwise go elliptical - low impact.

    It depends on what your objective is. If it's to decrease the chances lower knee issues go the second option
