    Creatine and small \ over active bladder

    Hey everyone,
    so I'm not in the best overall health but i am really pushing to change that and so far it's going well.
    I want to start supplementing with creatine but I've read it can make you pee more and i wanted to hear y'all's personal experiences with this especially if you suffer from a small or overactive bladder. (I guess asking guys here to admit that might be too much 不不 )but Im right on the the safe side of the line of it being an inconvenience and if creatine does make you pee more i think I'll hold off untill I get this sorted out

    Assuming you just stick to 5g of creatine per day it's unlikely it will make any noticeable difference in term of urination.

    I personally drink more water when taking creatine which leads to peeing more during the day.

    Is the creatine having an affecting your body that's asking you to drink more or is it that your doing more activity bc of the creatine or something else?

    Creatine causes you to retain more water intramuscularly, so there is that, but as for it increasing actual thirst, not likely.
