Greetings all,
New member here. I generally don't have any issues with supplements. However, I feel terrible when taking l-citrullin or l-arginine (feel kind of sick, bit of a headache sometimes, and even a bit anxious). It's unfortunate because I have found both to be effective as workout supplement and in my dating life.
I'm wondering if anyone else experienced really bad side effects when taking either l-citrullin or l-arginine? If so, was there anything you did to reduce the side effects. I'm also wonder why this might occur. I am really healthy, I take no blood pressure medications, and have no other health issues. Thank you for your input.

I get bloated but besides nothing else.

I'll get cold sores with citrulline and arginine.
This is a very common side effect.
