Those underground rooms are a huge plus, yes, but "a little much" for my standards/desires/tastes, plus too modern, although the "nature" component is a plus.
But would I live in a "shack" like that as a "price" for living with the person of my dreams? Well, if 1) I didn't have the problems with depression that I do (depression makes EVERYTHING harder, and living in a setting like that is logistically extremely difficult) and 2) I didn't have the fear of heights that I do, then....MAYBE.
You also have to factor in how windy it is likely to be. It is often windier at higher altitudes or peaks than it is elsewhere. The windiness would make it that much more likely that either my spouse or I would die by falling off OR at the very least have one or more very close brushes with doing so.
The setting is quite nice, but it being situated the way it is - is NOT. And, as I stated before...gigantic lack of conveniences.
