    tips on getting to 200 pounds

    Im 5'10 and 170 pounds I barely go to the gym but yesterday I found my max squat which was 205 pounds and my deadlist is around 170 but my upper body is kinda weak what tips do you have I'm trying to try out as a lineman for the football team next year in 10th grade

    If you want to get to 200 pounds just lift and eat more.

    Well, going to the gym more would be a good start, otherwise you'd just end up with a lot of excess fat. Eat, lift, grow; it will take time. 30 pounds in a year as a new lifter is doable with a good routine like Fierce 5 and being consistent with it, though you will gain fat too so just be aware of that.
