    I do deads in a variety of ways. I have vids in Bodyhards thread stopping at the bottom. This set of 25 was for speed and grip, the back got a good workout in as well.

    I want hit 30-40 reps without letting go of the bar as a goal. I might as well also go for 50+ reps switching my grip too.....
