I bought a bottle of algea oil omega 3 capsules with 250mg dha and 125mg epa per cap. I took about 4-5 caps a day for over a week and I have barely been able to sleep since I’ve been taking them. I also have only been able to sleep 5-6 hours when usually I sleep for a good 8-9. I have been literally wired the entire night, not like a stimulant but just wide awake.
Is this happening because of the omega 3’s?
Also my skin has become ridiculously smooth and shiny… does it really only take a week or so to get these skin benefits?
Thanks in advance.

Yes. Omega 3 and insomnia
My 16 old son and I did the concussion protocol omega dosing and 5 Nordic naturals in am 5 in pm. Who hasn’t had a concussion so I figured why not? Total and complete wakefulness by day 3 that made sleep seem like a foreign concept. Talked to doc about it and his recommendation was to bring down dose to point just before sleep disturbances. He approved the mega dosing to continue ad infinitum.
