What do yall think about ecdysterone and turkesterone. it kinda seems like a fad to me

The stronger by science podcast has featured these a couple of times. There is almost no evidence and the theory doesn't even make a lot of sense - the only thing it has in it favour is that the class of hormones look similar to human test IIRC. Turkesterone for example, is actually produced as a toxin by plants to kill insects that try to eat it...

I know a guy who really believes in turkesterone, he seems to be putting on hella lean mass with every cycle but it could also be placebo!
I'm currently week 2 of my turkesterone cycle and all iv noticed were a bit of water weight (+3 kg) so we shall see*Everything I write on the Misc is satire and not to be taken seriously.
