I used to run Candito's programs back to back. After I went to the pin side, I just started training legs really hard intuitively (hard as fuk until I chit, puke, bleed or pass out). I'm sure if I programmed deadlifts enough, they'd go up but I don't see enough size returns to care. Mostly high bar squats, hack squats, single leg exercises, etc.
I think I'm just decent at deadlifting tbh. I will say, I've had a lot of fun doing paused deads. Heavy barbell rows and weighted pullups (90lbs+ for 8-12 reps) helped my deadlift/grip strength.*lifting since age 14 crew*
