    Can someone help me calculate my calories?

    Im not sure how many calories I should eat to lose weight. I keep getting mixed answers and some say I should eat 3000 calories which seems alot! maybe people here can give me a better answer?

    Sex: Male
    Age: 33
    Height: 5'11
    Weight: 300 Pounds
    Activity Level: Moderate Exercise (5 Times/Week Bodybuilding & Cardio)

    Havent been on a diet for the last 6 month, been eating real bad

    Im gonna start dieting next week, and I just want to know how much calories I should eat to lose weight

    You can start with 2,500 cals/day and check the scale every few days for a couple weeks and see if you are losing a pound or two each week. If so, you're on track.

    If you're not losing any weight you need to drop cals a few hundred more (or increase activity outside the gym like walking more). If you're losing weight too quickly and/or are starving you can up cals a few hundred.
