I take only whey + dextrose after workout
Should I start with creatine also?
I train 4 times / week and eat 4-5 small meals throught the day
I want to pack more muscles and maybe compete in the future

Creatine might help a little, but the best thing you can do is just be consistent and make sure you're eating enough. You don't want your calories to be too much over maintenance as there will be more fat gain that way, but some fat gain is inevitable which is why you'll probably end up doing a cutting phase after you've gained a certain amount of weight. Can I ask what program you're following for lifting, and what your calories and macros are at?
