    I take a turkey breast tenderloin that I cookrd at home. And raw veggies - usually peppers, onions, and spinach.

    If I'm training the next morning I also have a microwavable pouch of rice.

    I don't use the fridge though, I have an insulated lunch bag from Depot with the ice pack

    I'm shift work, but we used to have a cafeteria with food you could order but something happened to the owners of that place (medical) so we probably won't have that open for couples months... Now we just have pre made sandwiches, subs, and pizza to buy or bring your own food

    Usually buy a bag of prepackaged salad and some tortilla wraps at the start of the week. Then each day make myself a salad wrap for lunch. It's yummy and it's easy. Probably not getting enough protein but I'm not exactly trying to build.

    Before I started OMAD I'd eat the same thing I eat for lunch every weekday. Chicken, veggies, yams, etc. Now I just take my bone broth and drink that around 3. Then eat when I get home.

    I buy 30lbs of frozen chicken, at night I cook up at least 5 days worth and keep in fridge. Every morning I microwave green beans and add in chicken for meal 1. Then 2 scoop protein and almond milk for meal 2. Then 2 servings of almonds and a tuna and cheese wrap for meal 3. 1 lean beef patty and 2 baked sweet potatoes with 1 serving of kerry gold butter with cinnamon for meal 4.

    Eat this every work day. Usually fast until 11:30-12pm. Then eat all this at lunch but sip on protein shake for rest of work day. Around 1600 cals. Hold me over until dinner in the evening.

    I have a 3 lb bag of almonds in my desk drawer, and a massive bag of cheese sticks in the fridge. There's a costco 5 min from work, sometimes I'll buy a rotissary chicken and throw it in the fridge. Someone complained about my stuff in the fridge until they found out it was mine.

    I mean most office people are insulin resistant, fat and as soon as the sugar drops their productivity is gone after 1pm.

    Almost all of them would benefit from a ketogenic diet alongside 16/8 or OMAD style of IF.

    Eat carrots + apple slices. Like I said in some other thread. If you are a fat fuk, this is a good way to save money and lose weight. 1 carrot, and 1 apple only.

    At first, you will get a headache due to not being used to it, but you'll be fine. Don't be a bitch.
