People who work in the office from 9 to 5 and have access to a fridge and microwave, what do you generally eat at work?

I take a turkey breast tenderloin that I cookrd at home. And raw veggies - usually peppers, onions, and spinach.
If I'm training the next morning I also have a microwavable pouch of rice.
I don't use the fridge though, I have an insulated lunch bag from Depot with the ice packBoomer Rep Crew #1

I buy 30lbs of frozen chicken, at night I cook up at least 5 days worth and keep in fridge. Every morning I microwave green beans and add in chicken for meal 1. Then 2 scoop protein and almond milk for meal 2. Then 2 servings of almonds and a tuna and cheese wrap for meal 3. 1 lean beef patty and 2 baked sweet potatoes with 1 serving of kerry gold butter with cinnamon for meal 4.
Eat this every work day. Usually fast until 11:30-12pm. Then eat all this at lunch but sip on protein shake for rest of work day. Around 1600 cals. Hold me over until dinner in the evening.Deadlift: 435
Squat: 365
Bench: 325
OHP: 200

I have a 3 lb bag of almonds in my desk drawer, and a massive bag of cheese sticks in the fridge. There's a costco 5 min from work, sometimes I'll buy a rotissary chicken and throw it in the fridge. Someone complained about my stuff in the fridge until they found out it was mine.
I'm just a white guy from the future, I'm completely out of touch

I do this and everyone things its weird and thinks I must be dying or something or telling me how unhealthy it is and launching into the grazing theory blah blah blah.
like dude Im not diabetic, i had my fasting blood sugar checked every year, it is not going to kill you to not eat for 8 hours the fuk

2 things I did.
I either don't eat **** for the whole day, then eat when I get home.
Or
Eat carrots + apple slices. Like I said in some other thread. If you are a fat fuk, this is a good way to save money and lose weight. 1 carrot, and 1 apple only.
At first, you will get a headache due to not being used to it, but you'll be fine. Don't be a bitch.
