Hey guys,
So I have tested my cutting program for the third time - and every time I lost nearly zero lean mass.
This time I made a time-lapse transformation video.
I've had body fat tested on Wednesday (31st August 2022) as 15.2% DEXA, 13.8% BodPod, and 8.5% professional calliper 8-point method.
Where I get my DEXA scan, 12.5% is stage lean, and the callipers show me at 8.5% so I am about 2.5% away, and only lost 0.8 lbs of lean mass along the way which is insane.
Now about to put the fat back on to do it all over again - this time for an official case study which we hope to get published in January next year - the fact that I suffered little metabolic adaptation and my testosterone levels remained steady mean that this method might have some great implications for men looking to get super-lean.
I also increased strength all along the way for 22 weeks - starting at 10 x 110 kg (250 lbs) deadlifts for 4 sets, and finishing at 10 x 125 kg (275 llbs) - which is also quite impressive given that I was not training for strength at all... I also started at about 79 kg (174 lbs) and finished at 69 kg (152 lbs)
