What are you fukkers doing for the last long weekend of the summer?

I am retired so everyday is a weekend for me, but some of my friends aren't so lucky and a bunch of us are getting together at a lake for a huge BBQ and water sports so i will probably be having lots of laughs, towing kids around on inflatables/other fun toys and getting my eats on with some awesome food.

How about you guys/gals?

I’m taking some time off later in the month, going to the beach to show off the new body and mid section. I will never go there on a crazy busy holiday weekend.

Staying low this weekend, however the gym I go to which is not the average commercial gym is having an open gym on Monday morning. I’ll be there getting in a freakzilla altas stone workout for about an hour and will do some neck harness exercises.

Parents visiting. Will spend time clearing out garage for a yard sale and dump run. Maybe a move for a new job very soon so no time really to play.
Might do my Monday workout at my coach's house instead of my garage.

The wife is going to her parents house about three hours away.

I'll be working all day Saturday, a few hours on Sunday and all day Monday trying to get about 200 tax returns out before the 9/15 deadline. We are wayyyy behind. Sucks to be me.

Not much, it'll be hot in San Diego. I'm going to a second wedding in two weeks though tonight.

I'm looking forward to it being back in the 70s in October and November.

Staying at Johannevik, just a bus ride away.

Will be the first chance I get to use a new 200-500 mm lens, so hoping I get at least a handful of keepers.

I love garage sales Pepper. Good way to clear out stuff and a great way to accumulate stuff lol. I went last Saturday and picked up a few things that I was looking for.

Felt bloated this morning, I immediately thought I had a fart jammed, so I got on the scale to confirm. No sir, air weighs nothing and I was up 4 lbs since Friday. This sh!t happens when I don't count calories lol If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing, fun times.

I'll be your friend Bad Religion, but you need to sign a waiver in case you end up in jail or something silly, not my fault.

This retirement thing is rather good! Just retired myself and loving it! I was booked to go to a classic car show this Sunday, but with the passing of the Queen it might be canceled as a mark of respect. I hope it isn't, I'm sure the queen wouldn't of minded!

I didn’t force anything on myself, I went by feel.

When I felt like eating, I ate and I had something new on the menu every meal. I slept late and missed breakfast every day, I drank beer at night and pina Cs at the pool. I hit the fitness center as I felt like it which was 3 times in just one day lol.

I hit the stairs instead of elevator went I was able. We took the dog so lots of trips in and out of the hotel 8th flooor.

There was a hell of a lot of food on the go. I was back at my normal weight within a couple of days. Turns out I just needed a good sh!t.

Back home we hit a pit beef stand and then I tried something called “Nashville Hot” it was a Sammie with two fried chicken breast with hot sauce and pickles, fuker was great but not really that Hot for a pepperhead like me.
