Just eat (say) 3 meals a day at regular time. Choose mostly wholefoods - meat, eggs, vegetables, wholegrains, rice, beans, fruit, dairy etc.

Eat to appetite, don't skip meals, don't waste time looking in the mirror, instead focus on improving your lifts. You will not spontaneously get fat, you need to gain about 40lbs over the next 2 years or so.

Just prioritize protein at every meal, and make sure you're lifting weights by following a proven program like Fierce 5, All Pro, etc (go to the workout program forum sticky threads). Eating a lot without lifting weights will just result in you getting fat.

All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.
