im 16 5"8 116 lbs my weight says im skinny but my belly fat qnd love handles don't say it i used to be skinny then i gained weight after that my eating was terrible so i lost weight but my belly fat and love handles stayed also i just strated going to gym 2 weeks ago following a 3 day full body workout but the only problem is i fon't know how i should be eating

Just eat (say) 3 meals a day at regular time. Choose mostly wholefoods - meat, eggs, vegetables, wholegrains, rice, beans, fruit, dairy etc.
Eat to appetite, don't skip meals, don't waste time looking in the mirror, instead focus on improving your lifts. You will not spontaneously get fat, you need to gain about 40lbs over the next 2 years or so.
