One hour of atlas stone lifting up to 175# stone on shouldering. Other things were pressing, shouldering for reps, BORs and crunches (115 x 10, 135x5) with atlas stones. Every muscle is worked to the threshold.

I’m working up to 200+.

No not much ROM however squeezing the stone alone engages the lats. I’m gonna try BOR and lift it up to chest in one motion for reps next time.

For fuller ROM I use my 100# plate for BORs.
