OP you did nothing wrong. I have never understood why people are on dating apps but refuse to actually date. I was on there to find someone I liked enough to date, not for attention or penpals. If I was interested in someone from online dating I usually met them within a week or two. The only reason for a longer delay was because I had my son and could only date when he was with his dad. There were times when I was available and met in the first couple days. No point wasting time texting when you don't know if you're actually going to be attracted to them in person.
