I am Going to be starting a German Volume Training routine next week, tell me what you think of this?
Monday:
Legs:
Squat 10 x 10
Leg extension 3 x 10
Standing calf raise 3x 15
Wednesday:
Chest/Tris/Shoulders
Dumbell bench press 10 x 10
Dumbell shoulder press 3 x 8
Tricep kickbacks/Diamond press ups (in a circuit) 3 x 10
Friday:
Back/Biceps
Deadlift 10 x 10
Chin ups 3 x 10
Hammer curl/Preacher curl (in a circuit) 3 x 10
It seems that there is not much there any improvements or is it ok?
