    I ate 2541 calories when 196g of protein too. I did an upper power workout but was quite depressed overall and wasn't able to fully complete it 😞

    I ate 2410 calories with 147g of protein. I even tried a fried ice cream today (was quite disgusting). I also did a chest and back day since I won't be available for the next 3 days.

    I also weighed myself and am basically not making much in weight gain (I'm losing weight) so I may need to reconsider calories

    Hi I didn't really update this weekend since I was on holiday and didn't find it viable to track calories. I'm back on track now though. 2404 calories with 150g of protein is quite solid. Did only a core workout but I'll definitely go tomorrow

    I ate 2410 calories with 165 g of protein with only non processed foods which was nice. I also had a good arm workout today which went well

    I ate 2500 calories with 140g of protein. I'm seeing some good physical changes in my overall frame which is good to see

    2385 calories with 151g of protein is very good imo. Also did a chest and back workout. My schedule is going to be very different in 2 weeks time so I need to see how to work lifting into my day

    Today was not a good day. Ate 2798 calories with a load of carbs. Couldn't hit the gym either. I'm super busy tomorrow so I'll probably do another core workout like I did today

    I ate a disappointing 85g of protein today because it's difficult for me to get my meat intake these days. Anyway I did an upper power workout but my workout frequency and everything is going to change in a weeks time

    Today was a **** protein kinda day but I ate 2390 calories which I'm happy with. I also did a push workout which went well

    I was able to hit my protein goal but went slightly above with the calorie goal. I do need to be careful there. Did some core work too

    I wasn't able to do proper workouts today so I just did some calisthenics stuff. Ate 1890 calories with 60g of protein. Disappointing

    I ate 1821 calories which was expected to be lower than usual. I will step it up next week onwards. I did a push day in my new gym which is kinda ok I guess
