Just clean up your diet then you should be able to eat to appetite and your weight will naturally return to a lower point
Meat, eggs, vegetables (lots and lots of vegetables, no excuses), fruit, beans, some wholegrains
Eat 3 meals a day in this way. No snacking at all.
