I’m on it, is it ok if I do mine seated? I’m too tall to stand ohp at my gym. I’d be willing to clean the weight then sit down on a bench then press it. Shooting for 365x1.

I feel like my back is my limiting factor on OHP. I am only at 185 but I feel it mostly in the back is stopping me

As long as I'm g2g I'm game. My best was 235x3 @ 215-220 body weight. Now I'm 195-200 so if I can triple 200 I'll be satisfied.

in for twink weight class lol, im only around 175 lbs.

if I could get 160 for a triple i'd be very happy. i might post a video before hand then see my progress leading up to October. my recent best was 145 x 6. Was half way up but my tricep strength wasn't enough. I think I'm just gonna be working a chit ton of triceps these next 6 weeks. Could use it for a bigger bench as well. I might be even close to 160 x 3 right now but we will see. Every 5 lb increase makes it feel so much heavier.

I don't have proof of the date that I did this, sorry. I'm not going to win, but I'm going to post up in here anyway because this is my favorite lift. I lost a lot of strength over the last couple of years because of the gym closing down, etc, but I recently hit a personal goal of mine, of 135. I got it for a double. I may have been able to dig in and get a triple, but I felt that my form may have degraded and I wasn't in the mood to get greedy.

I haven’t done shoulder pressing standing in a long time, but I’ll join. Once upon a time my strict press PR was 235. That was a long time ago (10 years) and I was bigger too/not in a calorie deficit.

In, OHP is one of my favorite lifts. I don't PR often, my 1rm is 205. I think I could probably hit 190x3 rn. I will post a vid in the next few days to see what I got

had some microplates so I took 147.5 for a ride for 4 reps. pretty sure I could have got 6 reps but it's training so I'm not going to failure.
